摘要：The article is devoted to the conceptual points and solutions clarification of a number of heuristic problems of modern theories of references. A thesis is suggested that denotation is just one of the aspects of theory of references. Reference in its broad meaning includes semantic, emotional, sacral meanings. On the basis of E. Husserls approach and the gradation of notions according to the principle of a referents transparency a version of notional-categorial apparatus of religious study is suggested.
