摘要：Economic instruments are important part of environmental policy,so they are also used as the instrument in beverage containers waste management. The aim of the paper is twofold. Firstly,to determine which economic instruments are applied in comparative law,primarily in the EU Member States,in order to ensure different forms of recovering. Secondly,to determine conditions which economic instruments in this area must satisfy. Namely,they can be an obstacle to the single market,so in several cases Court of Justice gave rulings on compatibility of rules on economic instruments in beverage containers waste management with the EU law.
