摘要：Basic progress of industry of the Donetsk,Lugansk and Kharkov areas trends are analyzed in the article. A conclusion is done about the necessity of creation of interregional coordinating councils of development of complex strategies of socio-economic development of contiguous areas. An accent is put on the role of this advice in the context of providing of effective inter-branch and interregional connections.
