摘要：The article analyzes the managing of automobile roads potential development on the regional level on the basis of functional approach. The main problems of Region Automobile Road Department on the example of Zaporizhzhya region are determined. A definition of «managing of potential development» based on the semantic analysis of words «development»,«potential»,«managing» is proposed.
