摘要：In the article it has been grounded that the local labour market functioning is carried out on the basis of territorial division of labour,the basic feature of which is caused by the factors of internal and external character. The model of the territorial system of local labour market has been suggested,the functioning of which depends on the publicly-territorial systems.
