摘要：The goal of the article lies in justification of the structure of resource potential of trade enterprises on the basis of allocation of their specific features. Systemising and generalising scientific works of many scientists,the article considers resources of retail trade enterprises and reveals their branch differences. Due to requirements of the economic practice of modern enterprises,the article specifies types of intangible resources of trade enterprises and identifies their role,essence and composition in the resource potential of enterprises. In the result of the study the article justifies structuring the resource potential,which corresponds with the modern tasks of formation,development and assessment of the resource potential of trade enterprises.
