摘要：The article is aimed at substantiating a theoretical and methodical approach to evaluating the impact of economic reforms on the formation of directions of the structural dynamics of development of economy of Ukraine and its regions. A logic chart of the structural restructuring the economy of the regions of Ukraine under the influence of economic reforms has been proposed. It has been proven that one of the basic objectives of economic reforms should consist in enhancing the compatibility and consistency of trends of the structural dynamics of developing the regional economy with the global trends. To do this,in the process of planning the overall reform strategy and substantiating road maps for each individual reform,it is advisable to carry out analysis of the Forsyth-forecasts,provided by the global scientific community,for economic development of Ukraine and other countries of the world. The principles to overcome the technological backwardness in terms of formation of new trends in the structural dynamics of development of economy of the regions of Ukraine have been provided.
