摘要：In article various approaches to formation of operational and tactical requirements(OTR) are considered and analysed. The methodological analysis of existing definitions and used logic - language means is carried out,the concept methodology,with reference to the analysis of a problematics of formation ОТR is concretised. Necessity of correction of variety of concepts,streamlinings and reduction to uniform classification of the used lexical device is given reason. The attention is focused on con-cepts "fighting possibilities of arms" and "fighting possibilities of divisions" (formations) of Armed forces.
