摘要：Presently having regard to the mass increase of number of users by a radio frequency spectrum the problem of EMS RES acquires an essential value not only within the framework of separate services of radio contact but also between different services. The successful decision of this problem must be bound foremost to development of new spectral effective radiotechnologies what is allowed at the limited frequency resource substantially to promote the potential capacity of networks of radio contact of the general use. This complex problem unites all elements of radiointerface of modern communication networks,including radio signals as carriers of data,facilities of their generation,treatment and radiation (to the reception) and methods of organization of radio contact - all that in an aggregate determines plural access in a network on the basis of methods of frequency,,code and spatial (or their aggregates) TDM of users. A choice is conducted to the methods of estimation of ЕМС in these terms. Offered basic parameters of cellular network,which are estimated.
