摘要：The method of determination of relaxations parameters of submillimeter lasers with the optical pumping is in-process offered at research of transient of signal on the output of laser at the step signal of pumping on an entrance. A method allows to avoid a bias error,related to the signal of pumping,proportional speed of pumping (or pumping intensities). The features of the use of this method are rotined for the molecules of type of symmetric top on the example of molecule of CH3Br and asymmetrical top on the example of molecule of HCOOH.
