摘要：Offered approach to determination a quality indexes of functioning informatively-measuring systems in the mode of semantic information acceptance taking into account transducing of continuous parameter to the binary number,that results in an error due to the quantum of transferrable size. At assumption about acceptance of ephemeris information the informativelymeasuring system on radio link «side-earth» the basic indexes of its functioning are grounded and the calculations of speed transmission and quality reception of this information are executed.
