摘要：In clause influence of the environment of distribution of radiowaves above the sea on informative parameters of radartracking signals – amplitude,a phase,a corner of arrival of a wave is considered,and opportunities of realization of coherent processing,and as phase monopulse method of measurement of a corner of a place of the purpose are estimated,Estimations of derivatives of range and maintenance of accuracy characteristics of the channel corner of a place in conditions of the raised refraction and dispersion of radiowaves. Conditions of occurrence of the raised refraction,in particular,due to a tropospheric wave guide in layer about water are considered.
