摘要：The significance of associated and combined injuries influence on patients with pancreas injuries status is investigated in the paper. The problem is considered in two aspects: if there the fact of associated and combined injuries presence has significant influence on patients status and clinical outcome;and if there the number of associated and combined injuries has significant influence on patients status clinical outcome. The mathematical tools,which are applied to solve problems posed,include nonparametric statistics to deal with nominal and order variables as well as cluster analysis methods.
