摘要：The structure of system of cellular communication,feature of its functioning and work ranges are analysed in this article. It is shown that base stations of standard GSM can be used as transferring positions in multisystem of detection of radar-tracking type. Besides,in article settlement zones of detection бистатической systems for land and air objects (height of flight to 1 km) are resulted. At construction of the radar-tracking system using radiation of base stations lengthways roads,it is possible to carry out a constant estimation of complexity of road conditions and to watch high-speed restrictions.
