摘要：In the article theoretical bases of optimization of methods of renewal of the special buildings of soldieries and civil are considered after earthquakes. Basic principles of renewal and reconstruction of the damaged build objects are certain taking into account probability of origin of earthquakes in this locality. The basic types of possible damages of buildings and buildings are resulted at earthquakes and basic engineerings measures are described on renewal and strengthening of the damaged constructions of buildings,the further prospects of development of these methods are considered.
