摘要：Providing of high readiness of troops (forces) of Ukraine Military Forces to implementation of tasks on destiny requires the presences of the adequate system of preparation. Efficiency of functioning of the system of preparation on the whole depends on quality of process of acquisition (maintenances) of necessary level of knowledges control,abilities and skills,which is carried out by the preliminary planning. In the existent systems of preparation at planning not to a full degree influence of temporal interval is taken into account between separate measures on the actual level of knowledges,abilities and skills. In the article with the purpose of realization of high-quality management the process of preparation developed and offered to application partial model which will allow to estimate accordance of variants of plan the set requirements.
