摘要：The method of distributing of persons of officers is resulted on positions on the basis of the use of methods of multidimensional comparative analysis,which by comparison to existent methodical approaches provides more grounded distributing of persons of officers on positions,their selection and rate for consideration on a competitive commission in relation to setting on position. In addition,a method promotes the operationability of preparation of recommendations competitive commissions due to an exception from consideration of having no the prospects candidates.
