摘要：In the article the general structural form of development of complex extraordinary situation,and also bases of leadthrough of analysis of vulnerability of object,is examined on the count of development of complex extraordinary situation. The selection of informative criteria of estimation of object is grounded with the purpose of organization of co-operation of subdivisions,being in the submission of different organizational structures,in case of occurring on the object of extraordinary situation. The method of estimation of vulnerability of object is offered by the calculation of total index of possibility of defeat.
