摘要：The method of estimation of firmness of structure of the system of space secret service,which is based on determination of probability of compendency between the pair of tops column which describes a structure,is offered in the article. The calculation of this index is conducted on the basis of fastidious methods after the developed algorithm. Method gives possibility to build the optimum structure of the system of space secret service after the criterion of a minimum of cost at limits on the indexes of firmness of functioning in the conditions of influence of external and internal destabilizing factors.
