摘要：The basic concepts of searching and striking actions on the basis of their structurization and granting of the concrete maintenance by it on an example of searching-shock actions behind a plan of special operation of operatively tactical level on localisation are directed and in which illegal armed formations (IAF) on a background the provoked mass disorder send the actions to escalation of conflict with violation of international humanitarian law,that need immediate introduction of peacemaking forces.
