摘要：Actuality of problem of the formalized description of the space systems of optical-electronic secret service is rotined for the decision of task of the rational planning of work of their facilities,economy allocation of the limited resources,in particular,airborne having a special purpose equipment of space vehicles,evaluation of efficiency of planning and having a special purpose application of the space systems of optical-electronic secret service. The conceptual going is developed near formalization,possible directions of their practical use are rotined.
