摘要：The variant of the description of amplitude fluctuations readout of an active noise which covers a wide spectrum of possible variants of active noise from masking noise up to a chaotic pulse noise. In quality probability models of change of capacity the generalized gamma - distribution is used. For the description non-stationary noise process the closed form of record for real components and the corresponding density of distribution bending around is received.
