摘要：In the field of architecture and construction valuation of buildings according to their environmental,economic,and social acceptance will be developed in the future. Smart renovation of the building stock and the upgrading of efficient use of wood as a leader material,according to the principle of "minimum cost to the residents at the expense of new market areas," representing a major contemporary challenge. Presented scenarios of building upgrading and their evaluation should encourage us towards the advanced solutions,while the examples of good practices implemented through the intermediary of the findings should serve as a technical basis.
