摘要：At conceptually-methodological level basic questions,which must be examined at grounded to possibility and expedience of modernization of AMT,its project and directions of realization,are represented. Clarification of row of concepts is conducted from the region of modernization,which will allow to specify maintenance of measures,which are executed and to select the characteristic signs of objects which take part in them.
