摘要：The forecast values of parameters of management vector do not take into account description of terms of environment which was folded in a time of making a decision. Possible approach of the automated update and addition to the values of parameters of management vector is offered on the basis of certain preliminary as a result of examination of their generalized function of belonging. The concept of efficiency of making a decision is offered. The index of efficiency and risk of decision-making for a brief term time is examined at complete clear,incomplete clear,complete unclear,incomplete unclear levels of the informative providing.
