摘要：In the article lights up the concept of efficiency of management troops,properties of control the system are resulted,one of possible methods of estimation of efficiency of management troops is examined during a decision-making and planning of battle actions,and the flow-chart of this method is given. The positive sides of this method is that it allows to determine efficiency of every item of management which enters in the complement of control the system,degree of accordance of control the system to the requirements which are pulled out to the management on the stage of decision-making and efficiency of battle actions of defensive groupment of troops taking into account functioning of control the system.
