摘要：Determination of the systems of critical application is given. The most essential criteria of optimization of computer networks of the systems of critical application are certain. Certainly,that the basic index of timeliness of connection at passing to information is probability of leading to of information to the recipient for time,not exceed possible. Dependences of possible time of transmission of codegrams are analysed on dispersion of errors,which arise up due to the delay of codegrams in ductings of connection,and probability of «failure» to appear of object outside the possible area of reflection from distance to the object.
