摘要：The methodical approach and the indications of the evaluation of the efficiency of performance and application of the differentlytyped radio control devices (RCD) are evaluated in the complex solution of production and technical tasks of the radio monitoring of the standard employment of the radio frequency resource. The approach is based on the methodology proposed by the authors system of space-time-frequency estimation of efficiency of functioning of the national radiofrequency monitoring systems and the indicators of performance and capacity of RCD,taking into account the technological process of conducting radio monitoring. We are giving results of evaluation based on experimental performance data of all RCD of national RFMS general users of RFR and the efficiency of their operation based on example of quartely functioning of the Kharkiv regional radiofrequency spectrum monitoring subsystem. We are also are giving recommendations on practical use of developed indicators of evaluation and methodological approach as whole.
