摘要：In the article by one of the "quality management tools" – Ishikawa diagram – defined the factors that may have a potential impact on the establishment of quality indicators of the surface layers of the cutting tool intended for the machining of composite materials and formulated principles of an optimum quality of the cutting tool with regard specific conditions of its operation in the processing of composites.
