摘要：One of possible approaches to an assessment of surface-to-air missile systems division`s staff fighting efficiency is considered by their accelerated training on the example of an assessment of the Buk-M1 surface-to-air missile system staff fighting efficiency by means of the developed technique. This technique allows to evaluate fighting efficiency of the division`s staff taking into account difficult structure of surface-to-air missile system,level of the staff fighting training and moral and psychological qualities of the staff.
