摘要：In article analysis results of characteristics and features of operation of the parametrical diode in the expanded range of voltage variation of pump are provided. The capacity percentage modulation for two options – in the standard mode,and with stopping in the positive voltage but which isn't exceeding contact potential difference that is without transition opening is defined.
