摘要：In this paper the modified discrete chaotic map based on Chebyshev polynomial of the first kind and the third order was proposed and investigated. This map allows to improve the quality of the chaotic implementation according to the criterion of uniform spectrum. The modified map makes it possible to constructa signal constellation for the design of chaotic signal-code constructions.
