摘要：In the article possibility of the use of electronic phase-angle meter of the logarithm of relation of verisimilitude synthesized on the criteria of maximum is reasonable for signals with permanent on the interval of measuring amplitudes. The analysis of signals is conducted dissipated on fluctuations of electronic concentration of ionosphere within the framework of theory of noncoherent dispersion of radio waves.
