摘要：On a base of special operation forces analysis of the world leading countries armed forces and special task units of the Ukranian Armed Forces equipment status,other ministries and departments,the conclution was made about development and service introduction the modern armament and equipment. The necessity was defined and consolidation ways to leaders of ministries,the control elements were determined in decision of this problem.
