摘要：It is not possible to carry out the evaluation of management organ of troops (forces) of MF of Ukraine without procedure of forming of estimation of degree of accordance of elements of verification normative requirements with the purpose of decisionmaking about battle capabilities inferior organs of management. The receipt of high results of the battle training is possible only in case that the personnel of management organs owns knowledges,abilities,skills and proper mood,necessary in order that their efforts were effective and effective. Therefore for research of the state of the battle training it is expedient to use an imitation design on the basis of analytical expressions which take into account most of factors of influence on the result of preparation of personnel of management organs. The mathematical model of acquisition and loss of level of preparation is presented inprocess will allow considerably to promote the level of the battle training of management organs.
