摘要：It is developed model of evaluation cost to usages of the complex technical systems for motivation of the choice of the method to their usages. Further to the general positions on shaping the models evaluation,stated in [1],are considered main accounting correlations. They are analysed main factors,greatly influencing upon cost-performance of the methods to usages.
