摘要：Researches of changes are conducted in relation to the leadthrough of air offensive operation on the example of local conflicts in Libya. Analysed forms and methods of leadthrough of operation,description of basic events and their walkthrough is given. It is rotined that for 25 years (from 1986 to 2011) of VVT of air DEFENCE which able was to execute tasks in relation to blowing off an air offensive operation,fully became helpless before modern facilities of air attack,and an air offensive operation outgrew in airily-marine.
