摘要：In article approach to improvement of quality work system military management,due to automation of administrative functions heads of divisions is offered. The basic mathematical model activity of heads of divisions is for this purpose developed. The developed model has complex character of the solution of problems of management taking into account cost indexes,and resource restrictions. It can be the basis for algorithm of actions of the unit manager that gives the chance to automate administrative functions which are assigned to it. On the basis of the analysis of model recommendations about minimization of shortcomings which exist in work of heads of divisions are created.
