摘要：In the article we consider in the systematic way the maintenance and the order of grounding the operational & tactical requirements (OTR) to the system,its subsystems and its firing means. It is shown that the grounding of OTR to the surface-to-air missile complexes (ZRK) must be made on the basis of system-conceptual approach in the process of operational & tactical studies with the use of imitation-mathematical models,the result of which is development of tactical & technical orders for development of perspective specimens of surface-to-air missile armament.
