摘要：In article the analysis of methods of forecasting is carried out,is shown that in the majority of methods forecasting of seasonal fluctuations,instead of a trend is predicted tendency in the future when more important is short-term forecasting,namely,shown that the majority of methods are badly formalized і difficult realized program in a mode of real time for means of automation and don't consider property of self-similitude fractal processes,the advanced method of forecasting fractal processes is offered.
