摘要:The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and perceptions of mobbing levels of city and resort hotel businesses' employees. Survey Technique was used as a method of data collection and it was applied on a total of 426 employees in five-star hotels in Antalya and Istanbul. For the analysis of data and for independent samples;T test,variance (ANOVA),correlation analyzes and z tests were used. According to the research results;mobbing perceptions of resort city hotels' employees were higher than city hotels' employees,on the other hand organizational commitment levels of city hotels' employees were higher than resort hotels' employees. As a result of correlation analysis;a negative relationship between mobbing and organizational commitment was identified. On the other hand, correlation coefficients were found relatively higher in city hotels and according to z test,which tests the significance of the difference between the two correlation,a significant difference between organizational commitment and mobbing were not found in terms of city and hotel businesses.
