摘要：Deciding insurability requires risk evaluation. The decision of insurability includes a complex structure and requires assesment for risk factors. The purpose of study is providing a model that discusses many the risk factors in the life insurance and assessing risks and modelling risk. With this model,insurance companies make the right decision and determine the premium for the risk. The scope of the study consists of life insurance risks and modelling these risks with the method of fuzzy logic.
