摘要:This study investigates the impact of perceived organizational support on some positive psychological capacities. Optimism,hope,and self efficacy have employed in the context of this research. Data is collected by survey method from 161 nurses,who work for the hospitals of foundation universities in Ankara. Data is analyzed by the help of structural equation modeling. Results show that perceived organizational support positively and significantly affects the nurse’s positive psychological capacities of optimism,hope,and self efficacy.
