摘要：Providing health and health services always plays important role in maintenance of human life in a quality way and protection of its continuity. The most important factors to achieve health services quality are the structure of hospital management, institutionalization and the success of the strategic management process. It is closely associated with the hospital's level of institutionalization to achieve effectively managing hospital services in its complex structure. This study aims to achieve the standards of quality analysis of Corporate Services and Support Services Health Services dimensions of the Standards of Quality in Health Hospital Kit with the weighted Multidimensional Quality Model. For this purpose;by determining the distribution in terms of structure,process and outcomes technical and functional quality were evaluated by the analysis of standards and standards' points with the model. As a result,SKS-Hospital was found to have the strengths in terms of institutionalization and weaknesses on behalf ÇBKM and additionally SKS-Hospital has been proposed to strengthen the outcome-oriented standards for institutionalization and to improve the efficiency of hospital management.
