摘要:This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of intention to turnover and the moderating role of organizational support on the relationship of work-related boredom and life satisfaction. Although work-related boredom is common in a wide variety of work settings,empirical researches are relatively limited. Besides,there does not exist any study on work-related boredom in domestic literature. Thus,it can be said that study findings may contribute to the understanding of work-related boredom and shed light on future studies that will be conducted in Turkish context. Study findings have shown that work-related boredom has a negative impact on life satisfaction and a positive impact on intention to turnover. In addition,the mediating effect of intention to turnover and the moderating role of organizational support on work-related boredomlife satisfaction relationship were found to be significant.
