摘要：Risk is nowadays part of our daily lives. Business associated risks are no exception and managers should be prepared to face them. Our paper presents some of the results on a larger study on the impact of various risk exposures on private companies with the objective to determine the general perception of Romanian SMEs management teams regarding risk. The findings illustrate,from their perspective,the main threats and the main vulnerabilities of their business,some preferred methods of risk management and last but not least the size of the risk management team if any in place.
