摘要：Significant changes,which happened in the last decades in the structure of the society as a whole and in its economic and financial fields in particular,have determined the necessity of creating new modern analysis tools. In the article,using elaborated by the author indicative and functional method of assessment of financial market development,it is performed the analysis of realization of accumulation (mobilization) function by the capital market and banking sector institutions,both in terms of economic recovery,and in times of crisis.
