摘要：The aim of this paper is to highlight the role of the dynamics of the Informational System in reaching the organization's major goals,by presenting the risks and positive effects of the IS modernization,exemplifying by a particular case. The article will highlight the importance of the organizations' focusing on reconsidering methods and decisional techniques as integrated elements in the informative system having as main criterion to amplify the general efficiency and competitivity of the organization.
