摘要:Performance evaluation system variables The human resources performance evaluation system assures19 the link between the expected salary and the activity results. The procedural succession is: productivity – performance evaluation – salary. Thus,the bonus rewarding system is directly related by the performance evaluation system results and consequently the seniority is minimized. But,in practice,the human resources productivity does not depend only by the human resources,by the technical equipment or by the organizational factors existent within organization. We can considerate the productivity as a vector,as a result of three major components: individual variables,physical variables and situational variables.
