摘要：External debt is a very important element of the economic system,which in terms has a high influence on other economic elements such as: budget,monetary and exchange system,level of inflation,level of people savings,international investments and others. External debt also influences a countries economy as a whole,but an efficient management of it is determined by the level of economic development and practical refers to all the elements of the economic system. In the case of a lack of economic growth or a small level of it,the current case of Romania,for solving the problem of its external debt there must be directed minimal budgetary resources.
